He is one of the twelve heroes and villains to be resurrected by a White Lantern ring. Later, the means of Professor Zoom's resurrection are made clear. Barry then concludes that this Black Lantern Thawne is indeed the same one that is in Iron Heights, but at different points in their timeline. Resurrected Thawne is frozen along with the rest of the inmates, and Black Lantern Thawne is frozen as well. However, Black Lantern Thawne and resurrected Thawne (currently incarcerated in Iron Heights) are still connected, as demonstrated when Captain Cold, who was investigating Iron Heights with the Rogues at the same time Black Lantern Thawne was battling with Barry, sets of a cold grenade, freezing the penetentiary. Barry then deduces that this Thawne has no knowledge of the resurrection that Thawne mentioned to Barry whilst they were in the negative speed force. However, this Thawne has no knowledge of the events of Flash: Rebirth. Thawne then seeks out Barry, hoping to get an emotional rise out of him. There's a chance we'll have to skip Awesome Toy Picks next week but it will return the following week to his page (I don't actually recall myself), it was technically two different Thawne's at different points in his timeline (if I'm reading correctly).ĭuring Blackest Night, as Owen Harkness and Tar Pit inspect the Rogues' secret graveyard, a black ring finds the body of Eobard Thawne (where he was buried after Barry snapped his neck). I have so many spare body parts lying around, it's a little disturbing. I do think the build-a-figure idea is cool, but I don't usually get all the figures in the wave. You can see this figure comes with one of Nekron's legs in order to build a giant version of him. That way you can always mix and match the waves when you 'play' with them. Of course the nice thing about these figures and there being so many different 'waves' is they stay in proportion to each other. It turned out it looks especially cool with the sun shining down. The packaging doesn't let you see exactly how cool this figure is. But if you haven't seen the figures in this line, you can see who else was included. I wonder how much sense it'd be to someone that doesn't know anything about Blackest Night or Brightest Day. The back of the packaging describes the situation as to why he's a White Lantern. Which Flash is this? Well, at least that's one place where they're staying consistent. There was mention of White Lanterns during Flashpoint but there hasn't been any mention of them in the " New 52."= TEASER = It was curious that we'd still be seeing White Lantern/ Brightest Day figures in stores. Let's take a look at White Lantern: Flash.Īs you can see, this figure is from Wave 20. This week's pick isn't exactly a newer one but I recently came across it in stores and it got me wondering (plus I hadn't picked it up earlier). Each week we take a close hands-on look at some cool comic book collectibles.

Viscosity is indicated in centistats at a given temperature. It is a bit like small, medium and large. In the hydraulic oil business the W in 10W or 5W means nothing. It is the oils that they can source for the cheapest and make the biggest margin with when selling it to people that won't question wether this has been picked for performance reasons or for profitability reasons. That is exactly the same as Shimanos and youll have your answer. It is like believing that RS or Fox oils are the absolute best oils you can get for your suspension because it has their brand on it lol. Shimanos blue IGH hub oil is intended to be a lubricant, not a hydraulic fluid. Those are the most recent exemples that come to mind, but sure those lads are definitely the best. Very very basic engineering yet they managed to screw that up. Shimano 105 ( edit Dura-ace, not 105) crankset that keeps on failing because those brilliant engineers mated 2 materials that shouldn't be together and create galvanic corrosion which leads to the cranks failing. So it seems that TRP engineers are better at their job than Shimano's for the last 7/8years at least. Recently I had a spare set of TRP Slate t4 lever which have the same piston size as shimano and use mineral oil, I tried these on my old caliper and guess what, no more problems and I can use my 12 years old caliper to ride DH once again. I replaced these by various shimano levers until I got fedup with the wandering bite point that these created every single time. Now the original lever were great but died eventually from DH riding. SHIMANO Disc Brake Mineral Oil - 100 ml Ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with the genuine SHIMANO Disc. I currently use a M810 caliper that I got new from my Iron Horse Sunday in 2010, never got serviced and works flawlessly. As many of you already know, manufacturers of hydraulic bike brakes are divided into ones that use proprietary mineral oil (Shimano, Magura, Tektro/TRP.) or DOT (glycol based fluid) - and that would be SRAM - for their system. The correct fluid is your brakes lifeblood. Castrol LHM+ is 1150 cSt and that chart lists it as 400 cSt.Click to expand.Prime examples of how great shimano engineers are: Genuine Shimano Mineral Oil is the only fluid compatible with Shimano brakes. Pentosin LHM has a -40C viscosity of 1100 cSt (very very good) and a pour point of -54C. Below the pour point you can only measure cP, not cSt and it will be 10's of thousands. Easily found data is not listed and listed data is wrong. The chart lists a -40C viscosity of only 56 cSt which is totally impossible. Putoline have a pour point of -33C (most synthetics don't go that cold). What is the source of that comparison table you put up? Because it is in conflict with Putolines own data sheet: Now I am not saying that baby oil would not work. Using baby oil probably wont be as damaging as using DOT fluid on a mineral oil brake but there is always a risk of something going wrong. JJust bled my rear brake, had some magura royal blood so tried that, but think the viscosity might be a little lower as theres a bit more pull, so does. The wandering bite point in cold weather with Shimano was just real bad on a dh bike in slick conditions. Brakes are built for a certain type of fluid. There may also be differences in how they handle cold temperatures, my understanding is that DOT retains its viscosity better than mineral oil does, but whether this feels different likely comes down to how the brake system is designed. LHM and DOT fluids are very good at the above because they are brake fluids and designed and tested for those criteria. Baby oil have perfumes added whereas brake fluids have other additives (anti-foaming, anti-corrosion, etc.). This is an unknown with the Putoline as I haven't seen any long term use of it. Torco and Redline are the common problems. If it makes you feel better you can purchase some red food. Mind you the Shimano brake fluid is pink/red, and the mineral oil I purchased is clear. Well, I went to my local PWT store (you choose: Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Walgreens.) and picked up a 16oz. In forks and shocks we have found shims corroding only with synthetic fluids and not with mineral. Shimano charges something like 25 for a 16oz bottle. Buy your Shimano Mineral Oil - 1 Litre from our Maintenance range at CRC. Shimano recommends genuine Shimano hydraulic mineral oil for its hydraulic disc brake systems. Which means less gas out when the fluid gets hot.Ģ. To obtain the best braking performance, Shimano recommends that only their mineral oil should be used in its brakes. The LHM fluids seem to release air better and hold less air dissolved. This may be no better than straight mineral oil. But there are two factors which IMO need checked before brake use.ġ. Click to expand. The Putoline has a very good viscosity index. In addition to Macbeth, the ancient Chinese legend of “The Legend of White Snake” has been cleverly incorporated, and a bamboo forest set has been set up in part of the theater to make it more interesting for Chinese audiences. The stage is located in a seven-story building in the center of Shanghai, with six floors converted into the stage “McKinnon Hotel” for the performance. In 2016, the Chinese version of “Sleep No More” was produced in Shanghai. It never opened due to the influence of World War II, and has been used as the venue for “Sleep No More” since 2014, 75 years after its completion. The McKitrick Hotel is a six-story building with one basement level built in 1939 as the most glamorous hotel in New York at the time. It is now one of the most popular Off-Broadway productions because of its originality and elaborate storyline. The long-running show has been on stage for 10 years, and its story is based on Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”. The most famous immersive theater in the world might be “Sleep No More” in New York McKittrick Hotel. Immersive theaters are gaining more and more attention worldwide and are growing at a very fast pace. The immersive theater is spreading in Japan along with these events. In the past, “Hotel of Albert” was installed as an attraction at Universal Studios Japan® from September to November 2018, and “Midnight Hotel”, which involves staying at an actual hotel, was performed at “HOTEL SHE, KYOTO” in Kyoto in June 2021. Sometimes they can interact with the actors, meaning that “being in the same space as the actors and participating as a part of the story according to one’s own awareness and wishes”, which is a new approach that differs from the traditional way of watching a play. Immersive theater, means that there are no fixed seats or stages, but plays are performed simultaneously by actors all over the building, and the audience is free to move around and watch the plays at their own will. In June 2021, Japan’s first long-running immersive theater, “Venus of Tokyo,” opened in Odaiba, Tokyo, and has been running for about nine months. The reason why this is Alan-Wake-for-kids, though, is because these monsters have the smarts of a bag of spanners, to put it bluntly, and batteries for your torch (which only drain when you focus it for attacks) and inhalers to refill your health are stashed by an extremely generous hand around the school and adjacent buildings you explore. They are not unlike the ones you find in Alan Wake. The monsters come in a few variants that include 'invisible', 'cow', and 'terrifying mannequins' of oneself. The length of the cable will also impact the gauge of wire you need to get an optimal performance out of your speaker. To get peak performance out of 4-ohm and 6-ohm speakers you’ll need more expensive 12AWG wire. 8-ohm and 16-ohm speakers will work perfectly fine with 16AWG wire. However, thicker speaker wire is also more expensive, so if you don’t have an audiophile’s ear it may not be necessary.įor an average listener, you may be able to get by with thinner wire depending on the impedance of your speakers. This means that a thicker wire will generally give a clearer signal to the speaker. So, what does the thickness of the cabling matter for speakers? To put it simply, the thicker the wire is, the easier electricity can flow through that wire. 12AWG is the thickest wire and 18AWG is the thinnest. Typical speaker wires come in 12AWG, 14AWG, 16AWG, or 18AWG options. The lower this number is, the thicker the wire is. Wire gauge refers to the thickness of the cable based on the American Wire Gauge (AWG) metric. Choosing The Right Speaker Wire Gaugeīefore we can discuss what gauge wire is appropriate for your speakers, you first need to understand what wire gauge even is. It is a lot of information to go through, but everything can be broken down into simple terms so you’ll know exactly which options are best for your circumstances. You need to consider the proper gauge that will deliver the best sound quality, how long of cabling you need, which type of cable you need, and what type of connectors are required by your speakers. Figuring out the best speaker wires can be a daunting task, especially for first time installers.
